Green-Cauliflower Crust Pizza With Chicken
Ingredients:
I don't know follow along with me. Most of the stuff I use is generically in my fridge.
Jeez...I know theres:
-Green Cauliflower
-Fine Corn Meal
-Knives
-A cold beer break
-egg whites
-Garlic
-Spices
-Chicken
-Cloves
-Mushrooms
-Tomatoes
-Fresh Basil & Oregano
Step 1: Chop up some green Cauliflower. We're gonna make crust out of it. *Mad scientist laugh*

Step 4: Drink a beer to think about almost having old garlic stuck somewhere inside your oven. Now, whisk some egg whites, fresh basil, salt+pepper together and start to "toast" up your ground caulflower mixture on a non-stick pan to get rid of the moisture.
Step 5: This award winning photo is of chicken sprinkled with chili powder being crisped up on both sides. Only a few min each side and stick in a pot of mushroom broth/mushrooms and cloves. Cook on super low for the remainder of cookin.
Step 6: Cool the ground mixture down until it is safe to mix with the eggs white mixture without cooking them. Spread it onto a greased glass dish. Bake it at 325 for a long long time. It sort of makes a crispy bottomed version of those frozen vegetable cakes you get from the grocery store that you think will taste like this but comes out of the microwave looking like this.this
Step 7: Sauce- Tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt/pepper. Cook it up and blend it.
Step 8: Spread that shit on ur crispy cauliflower polenta/quiche/dough goodness.
Step 9: Slice up that chicken and throw it on top of some soy cheese. Once that bakes up a bit sprinkle some oregano on stop and let that thing cool. Slice up and eaaat.
